As Scrum Product Owner you will be member of a Scrum Product Owners team responsible for designing the business artifacts, coordinating the implementation, and conducting tests to ensure quality of produced results.
The team supports our clients from the design to the delivery of the solution.
Your tasks will be to collect and analyse information from the client to formulate product specifications. You will liaise with the Development team and the client, in order to identify enhancements and functionality to cover new business needs, and addressing product issues to assure business continuity.
You will ensure that all services provided by the Development team satisfy the clients’ expectations.
Main Responsibilities and Tasks
Acquire good understanding of the clients’ needs;
Represent the voice of clients to the Development teams;
Document detailed product requirements, formulate user stories and create use cases that clearly articulate desired product functionality;
Own the product backlog and prioritise product enhancements as well as client and internal requests;
Collaborate with development teams to deliver an adequate product to the clients;
Create and manage business artifacts and release schedules including tasks, milestones, and dependencies across multiple concurrent projects and development teams;
Prepare and drive the collection of metrics related to features’ and stories’ completeness and success;
Encourage teamwork and cooperation between Development teams.
BSc or MSc degree or equivalent experience relevant to software engineering;
Passion for and ability to understand client’s needs and deliver adequate solutions;
Strong organisational skills : prioritise tasks, effectively manage time, facilitate meetings, resolve conflicts, communicate effectively, and assure cross-functional teamwork;
High self-motivation and determination to succeed;
Prior experience in software engineering is a distinct advantage;
Excellent knowledge of English;
Knowledge of French is considered a plus;
Ability to travel.
