What You Will Achieve
Pfizer's Global Business Services (GBS) Transformation and Project Management (T&PM) Office is responsible for driving simplification, innovation, and expertise across GBS and accelerate GBS strategy through an integrated and centralized metrics, innovation, and transformation model.
This Analyst Metrics & Measurement position is responsible for working on projects & solutions in the Metrics & Measurement team.
The Analyst will support delivery of reporting & analytical solutions, with a focus on the overall cross functional alignment and coordination in the delivery with key stakeholders.
Responsibilities include developing and supporting reporting & analytical solutions using Tableau visualization technology.
The role requires to be versatile and be proactive on new challenges and convert them into opportunities with creative solutions.
You will be responsible for delivering quality solutions and ongoing support of these solutions.
How You Will Achieve It
The individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining Tableau reports & dashboard solutions, establish troubleshooting processes, and a governance model to support analytical solutions.
Transform business requirements into analytical models, data preparation, validation and visualization into reporting solutions.
Coordination support to project team members and / or stakeholders
Actively participate and contribute to team meetings as required
Supporting manager in complex ad hoc analysis and continuous process improvement activities as necessary to support strategic objectives of the organization
Help manager drive the communication and development of key performance indicators
Prepare written reports / presentations utilizing Microsoft skills including PowerPoint, Word, Excel
Work to clearly understand the organization’s vision, mission, and strategy to support it
Package and present results of analysis, recommendations, benefits, and risks in clear & useful manner.
Work with colleagues to understand their Business Intelligence and reporting requirements to recommend reports and analysis approaches, which may include scheduled or on demand training of Business Intelligence tools and techniques.
3-5 Years of experience in statistical data analysis and developing solutions for reporting & analytical needs.
Experience in Visualization tools Tableau
Experience in technologies of database tools PL / SQL, Oracle, SQL Server.
Knowledge of analytical applications like Python to identify trends and relationships in data.
B.A. in Technology / Business / Finance or related subject with working knowledge of basic business fundamentals and practices and knowledge of finance and accounting principles a plus
Manage and monitor project activities and day-to-day operations of Analytical Solutions workstream.
Willingness to work hard and take direction but also creatively solve problems for which the answers aren’t always obvious
Strong communication (written and oral) skills and responsive, professional and courteous demeanor in all interactions
Ability to effectively manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Discretion and the ability to deal with confidential information
Knowledge / experience in the healthcare / pharmaceutical industry a plus
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access to create and manage spreadsheets, tables and presentations
Experience with Customer Service.
Must have the ability to interface effectively with colleagues throughout the organization to achieve desired Customer Service results.
Strong organizational skills, capacity to quickly identify problems and structure solutions, and to plan and prioritize multiple projects, while maintaining high quality and meeting or exceeding deadlines.
Highly effective written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
A team player who is willing to go above and beyond to meet goals and objectives.
Knowledge of data mining and workflow tools like Dataiku, Alteryx, Power BI.
Ability to workas a team member and / or independently towards departmental objectives.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and assignments.
Comfort working in a matrix organization.
