Consists of an experienced and certified team aiming to deliver exemplary services to all spectrum of clients in specialized scopes of practice grouped in 5 basic pillars : Valuations, Asset Management, Energy & Property Facilities Management, Market Research & Analytic and Technical Projects.

The Junior Asset Manager, reports to the Head of Asset Management and is responsible for providing guidance and assisting sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.

The ideal candidate must determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them, manage diverse portfolios and promote business development.

Main ResponsibilitiesOrganize portfolios, respecting relevant KPIs & deliverables based on the Project planFollow-up internal subdivisions in order to meet the requirements of relevant SLAsEscalate all complex subject matters, providing solution for any mattersPrepare detailed and complete reporting based on customer's needsOrganize bi-weekly conference calls, record minutes, follow-up with internal subdivisions for their actionsOrganize the promotional actions on Websites for all assets from all portfolios and unit by unitSupport in the update and maintenance of our WebsiteUpdate biweekly the suggested properties on company’s site in coordination with the sales teamSupport the team with the preparation of marketing material e.

g. 3d virtual video toursCreate strong relationships with clients and deeply understand their needsSupport clients in property documentation and monitor contact executionPrepare report for clients and relevant presentationsPartner effectively with internal & external stakeholders e.

g. Sales Team or Sales Finalization TeamJob RequirementsHigher Education Degree (AEI, TEI or Private Institution) in the fields of Real Estate, Economics, or relevant field.

A Master’s degree is desirable.Has developed at least 1-2 years of working experience in an complex organizationAdvanced knowledge of MS-Word, Power Point & ExcelNative Greek speaker & excellent command of the English languageTrue passion for Real EstateTeam player, as part of a high-performing teamSelf-motivated, service-oriented, and entrepreneurialStrong communication skillsExcellent organizational and time management skillsHolder of a valid driving license will be taken into account
