The Global Research team is a growing team with a mission to ensure that the best and most innovative market research practices are followed and applied.
The team works to make GWI an industry leader in research methods, transparency and participant experience. The Knowledge team sits within the Global Research team its role being to ensure the work of the Global Research is understood across the company.
This involves supporting colleagues from other departments with research related queries, as well as producing materials and training on our research and how to interpret it.
Key roles and responsibilities :
The maintenance and creation of materials explaining our research and methodology - summaries of individual studies, deep dives into specific aspects of our methodology and help guides on interpreting data
Internal communication about updates and changes to our research - equipping client-facing teams with the info they need to support clients
Supporting colleagues with queries about our research and how to interpret it - responding to complex queries about our research accurately and clearly, both over email and in meetings with clients
