Your day-to-day responsibilities include :
You act as the first line of defence within the business division for all compliancy topics.
You are responsible for implementing, supervising and reporting on risk, compliance, internal controls, security, and business continuity.
Design, implement and control changes in our division internal compliancy control framework. This includes also creating and maintaining the needed awareness within the division.
You provide advice and guidance in the use of organizational and regulatory standards.
You support the business as an independent function in identifying, assessing and addressing relevant financial, operational, security and compliance obligations and risks incl.
legal and customer related obligations.
You are the main contact person in the division for Worldline data protection departments (second line of defence).
You ensure compliancy with all legal & regulatory requirements
You take care of compliance requirements of our clients
You actively participate in our continuous improvement activities and forward process improvements.
Skills we can’t do without :
University degree, preferably in business administration
Experience in Compliance management
You love working on compliance topics and keep yourself up to date on standards
Fluency in English spoken and written
Good interpersonal and influence skills to develop a collaborative & cooperative working relationship within the organization.
Ability to convince people to prioritize, to overcome barriers and handle internal politics with others
Highly organized and having solid understanding in a sophisticated, multinational and multi-cultural organization
Skills we’d like :
Experience in Financial and / or Payment Industry is a strong asset
Experience with agile methodologies
Experience with our project tools Jira, Confluence and Planview
Good understanding of IT technical contexts
