International Business Development Manager

Responsibilities :

  • Generate and develop both local and International business opportunities
  • Research & identify opportunities and participate in the product development process relevant to local market insights
  • Present the company’s products, technologies and capabilities to customers mainly through direct communication and presentations
  • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows with a professional and polished manner to aid the company of gaining new business leads and contacts
  • Develop, implement, and facilitate annual marketing plans
  • Ensure business opportunities for the company are explored and captured
  • Lead, monitor and contribute in proposal preparation and bid submission efforts, as part of an integrated Bid & Proposal team
  • Conceptualize, design and develop, in coordination with the BD & MRK team the company’s overall marketing material and tools (on-line and off-line)
  • Develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with key account clients to accomplish organic growth and long-term company objectives
  • Implement strategy, measure and report performance against short- and long-term goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Understanding well the company’s area of expertise to propose new concepts and ideas in widening the company’s products and technology base
  • Ensure the company remains proactive and responsive to prospective customers
  • Requirements

  • At least 5 years’ experience in international business setting, spanning across multiple geographies, recognizing local culture and business etiquette.
  • University degree, with a focus on Engineering and / or Information&Communications Technology

  • Master’s degree in a relevant discipline or an MBA will be considerate as an asset
  • Proven track record in of delivering successful business outcomes in the international marketplace, preferably in projects with high technological content
  • Excellent negotiation skills and experience in developing and structuring agreements at a C-level
  • Experience in market research on an international level for the identification and evaluation of business opportunities
  • Preparation of full cycle of proposals (preparation, writing and bidding)
  • Organizing and conducting meetings, presentations, trade shows
  • Knowledge of the operational and technical aspects of ICT
  • Excellent oral and written command of the English language
  • Able to take initiative and act autonomously
  • Ability to work effectively in a multinational environment
  • Customer centric mindset
  • Accountability and ownership of Sales Cycle
  • Good networking and negotiation skills
