About the job

Beat is looking for a Senior Copywriter to create exciting work for its fast-growing presence in 5 markets in Latin America (Peru, Colombia, Mexico, Chile, and Argentina).

  • The ideal candidate will be a concepts powerhouse, able to generate ideas and copy while working closely with the Creative Director to efficiently utilise the team of designers;
  • a true champion for efficiency, clarity, and collaboration.

    As Senior Copywriter at Beat, you will be part of our in-house creative team and work closely with teams based in LatAm in order to create campaigns and communication that resonates with an international audience.

    You will be the authority on copy across the company and also liaise with production agencies and help oversee filming, ultimately bringing creative concepts to life.

    The purpose of the role is to own the verbal aspect of advertising and communication and also to come up with creative ideas for campaigns and day-to-day tasks.

    The copyrighter works in pairs with a designer to conceptualise ideas and independently to write copies for scripts, posts and other written communication.

    The role demands creativity, agility, excellent execution, obsession with quality, and a hunger for industry-leading innovation.


  • Work on content development together with the Creative Director, designers and external production teams
  • Propose ideas that are effective and lead to an increase in awareness and market penetration
  • Be a key role to the design team throughout the entirely E2E project from ideation to delivery
  • Write scripts and global posts autonomously
  • Ability to take on and deliver projects end-to-end
  • Oversee filming productions
  • Requirements

  • Demonstrated track-record on content creation and eloquent texts
  • Great passion and knowledge of communication and advertising trends and desire to learn industry best practices
  • Ability to see the "big picture" while obsessing over the details
  • Native or nearly native Spanish speaker
  • Problem-solving, good communication and presentation skills, collaborative, cultural adaptability and able to thrive in a fast-paced and dead-line driven environment
  • Firm believer in automation and virtual office tools
