Be the first point of contact for the world’s first-class accommodation partners by phone and email
Answer queries and resolve customer issues about modifications to rooms, rates, and availability
Consult with travelers about destinations, accommodations, and transportation
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools, methods, and processes.
Supporting your colleagues with peer learning, and being open to feedback from others
Positively participating in company events, and in weekly team meetings

Exceptional communication skills in German and English
Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
Six months or more of customer service experience
A passion or travel or at least a dreamer of exotic destinations
Handy with MS Windows and other computer applications
