Premier Capital plc is seeking to appoint a Real Estate Manager to optimize the real estate portfolio within Greece for new site development, relocations, rebuilding and existing real estate assets.
Based in Greece and reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Real Estate Manager will develop and utilize a brokerage network and outside consultants, cultivate and promote working relationships with other departments, alliance partners and external organisations, and create, manage and execute the development plan to meet portfolio returns within the assigned geographic area.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and experienced real estate management professional who is a self-starter, able to work on own initiative, and possesses the requisite leadership skills, business experience, and intellect to drive a key function within a multi-
disciplinary, multi-sited group.

The Requirements :
The successful candidate will have held a similar role for more than three years, ideally in a major, international-focused organisation.
Fluency in English is a must and a willingness to travel is essential.
The position is being offered on a definite contract of 1 year, with the possibility of extending.
