Keyvoto is looking for a young passionate Sales Development Representative . The ideal candidate should be a proactive self-starter, able to identify influencers and key decision-makers.

Our Sales Development Representative is responsible for managing outgoing calls, lead generation, appointment setting, and reference checking.

We invest in building strong relationships with our clients , in order to deeply understand their needs and find the optimal way to help them succeed .

Your day-to-day activities :

  • Execute all activities related to outgoing calls , e-mail , and client meetings
  • Grow prospects and sales by connecting with current and potential clients via phone or email
  • Generate leads and schedule meetings
  • Generate market interest and actively quest after-sales opportunities
  • Optimize your sales process by interacting with your prospects and understanding their needs, motives, and challenges
  • Document all sales notes and activity in CRM in a timely and professional manner
  • Responsibilities :

  • Work as a member of the Business Development team to onboard and integrate new clients and develop existing client relationships.
  • Keep records of clients' transactions
  • Prepare reports on account status .
  • Assist with demanding clients’ requests or issue escalations when needed
  • Update and manage sales activities , opportunities, and account information in CRM
  • Support sales director with special projects such as presentations, sales analyses , market research, etc.
  • Requirements :

  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience
  • Strong customer / client orientation
  • Willingness to learn more about core technology tools
  • Strong listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
  • Excellent written and oral use of the English and Greek language
  • Knowledge of CRM tools will be considered a plus
  • Nice to have :

  • Bachelor’s degree in communication / project management or another related field
  • B2B Sales experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite and Google Suite
