Someone who transforms brands with outstanding creative thinking and execution, creating ideas and concepts, bringing them to life across an ever-changing mix of channels to create compelling and cohesive consumer experiences
You’ll be part of Upfield’s Central Marketing team, based in Greece, working with a community of central and local teams across Upfield’s.
You’ll lead a small, agile internal team of creatives to deliver this goal, and work with a network of external free-lancers.
Sometimes collaborating with local agencies, always with the consumer interest front and center.

You are someone with an eye for patterns of success in brand building, who makes best friends with the media team and analysts to constantly learn what content is performing well and what isn’t and you team up to improve or invent based from those insights.
You are passionate about food, with a finger on the pulse of the latest developments in foodiness, content strategy, brand building and creative execution.
You are someone who can define concepts, humbly test these with key consumer audiences, and work effectively with hand-picked production resources to create assets.
You’ll be our central expert in creative content execution across all core brands and European markets, making sure we have strong network of executional partners, that will deliver the best quality at the best cost.

What’s your background?
You have a qualified degree and / or equivalent experience.
You have 8+ years of digital creative concepting and design experience across channels e.g., video, rich-media ads, banners, social, email.
You have 3+ years of experience leading creative teams, with experience at the interface between brand and creative execution specialists.
You have experience in a large organization, managing many dotted-line’ supportive relationships with a high volume of local markets.
You have proven brand-building experience with at least half of your time with larger successful packaged goods brands.
You have a strong conceptual, composition, photo art direction, video creation / storytelling and ideation skills digitally native, understand what works in key platforms, yet able to think about the overall design and voice to break through anywhere.
You have a strong portfolio demonstrating breadth of design and art direction capabilities, particularly typography, photography, set design, and styling.
You have production handling capabilities and collaboration with external partners (free-lancers and / or production houses).
You have awareness of design research activities and user-centered design approach to problem-solving.
You have passion for digital thinking, innovation and ideation as well as experience in developing creative test approaches as much a content strategist, able to break challenges into testable ideas and not solely about the big idea.
You have the ability to understand digital media performance data (test outcomes) to inform and iterate on a creative approach and experience in developing longer-term partnerships with production solutions across markets (e.
g. agency, gig-platforms etc.).
You have the ability to source most relevant production solutions based on brief requirements, including detailed production requirements or negotiating content rights.
You have an understanding of all Adobe CC programs and experience with image compositing and an exceptional eye for detail.
You have a basic understanding of responsive web design and basic front-end development knowledge and ability to communicate effectively with developers.
You have the ability to juggle multiple projects at one time and meet tight deadlines.
You have an excellent ability to communicate design thinking and effective presentation skills.
Ideally you have experience in developing creative content for food-related brands and / or smaller fast-growing brands.
You have excellent command of English language (verbal, written).
