RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate all marketing communication activities with and between agencies and external stakeholders for marketing communication and media purposes
  • Assist with the development and implementation of brand marketing strategy
  • Produce or copy edit marketing collateral, including brochures and press releases
  • Coordinate social media content on various platforms
  • Helps coordinate events in China and South East Asia
  • Assist with other administrative tasks
  • Completing all required administration and recording of communication, advertising and placement through CRM system and other business systems
  • Building strong relationships with team members and providing flexible and prompt support at all times
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or Business Development
  • Basic understanding of Marketing principles
  • Minimum 1-years’ experience in marketing or similar
  • Experience with CRM or good data skills
  • Excellent command of the English Language (Level C2).
  • Native Mandarin speaker
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Well organised, self-driven, flexible, and able to work in a high-volume, fast-paced, and deadline-driven environment
  • Administrative experience a plus
