The Enterprise Platforms & Security (EP&S) team delivers the following capabilities for Pfizer. Business application platforms supporting Pfizer's enterprise application and critical business processes.

Infrastructure allowing business traffic to travel where it needs to go, internally and externally, along with the appropriate access controls.

EP&S secures Pfizer's most important information assets through world class controls and protections and enables Pfizer's business results by making security an enabler and not a roadblock to achieving business results.

The Sr. Associate, Network Operations will perform day to day support functions related to Pfizer enterprise telecommunications network.

Specific responsibilities include preforming routine system maintenance functions, responding to incident tickets, identifying opportunities to better address recurring issues, and updating related support documentation.

The position will focus on one or more of the of the following technology domains : wide area network, local area network, perimeter security, unified communications, and monitoring / automation.


  • Process incident tickets in accordance with defined support procedures
  • Execute defined periodic review functions to ensure services operate as designed
  • Install and configure network hardware and software in accordance with design standards and change management procedures
  • Identify inaccurate support documentation and assist with associated updates
  • Identify continual service improvement opportunities and assist with implementing associated changes

  • Bachelor's Degree in cybersecurity, computer science, information systems, or engineering
  • 2-4 years' experience in the network field

  • High technical aptitude; quickly learns new skills
  • Associate level Industry certifications (CCNA, DEVASC, CCSA, or equivalent expertise)
  • Willingness to contribute fresh and innovative ideas
  • Change agile; must take action on project quickly
  • Team oriented
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills
