About the role
We are looking for a HR Business Partner to oversee all human resources operations and ensure they’re aligned with our business goals.
Our ideal candidate should have solid experience with HR practices and employee management. You are effectively a consultant to leadership on business issues, and a guide to managers and employees.
The right person takes initiative, loves solving people problems and can pivot quickly. This role is all about crafting and executing Beat’s people strategy.
Additionally, you will have the opportunity to help create programs and processes from scratch, as well as adapting Beat’s People programs to meet the needs of your internal clients, that is, employees.
What will you have to do day in day out :
Partner with Business leaders and provide thought leadership regarding organizational and people-related strategy and execution
Achieve a deep understanding of the business strategy, goals and objectives and support organizational changes by developing and implementing appropriate change management plans
Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
Support individual and team development as well as provide guidance to follow the high growth and need to become more efficient and effective
Promote a culture of feedback and open communication, reinforcing our mission and core values
Mediate between team members if needed and escalate to senior leadership and the broader talent team, if necessary
Consult the data provided by employee surveys and performance reviews and create relevant actions
What you'll need to have :
Proven work experience as an HR Business Partner
Excellent people management skills
Demonstrated experience in providing HR consultation to senior leadership on strategic initiatives
Demonstrated ability to partner within and outside of HR
Knowledge and experience in technology businesses including a familiarity with global HR practices and policies
Excellent influencing skills at all levels in the organization and flexibility to be proactive in a fast-paced, ever changing environment.
Proficiency in making timely, effective, ethics-based decisions
Genuine curiosity and strong desire to continuously learn and grow
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; must be an articulate and persuasive communicator including excellent presentation skills;
analytical and problem solving abilities
BS degree in Human Resources or a related field
