Job Description

Alliance Management & Portfolio

Develop and define the overall strategy of Sandoz Greece in close partnership with the BU Heads and the Country Head

Identify best commercial partners and lead negotiations for engaging on a product-by-product basis in coordination and partnership with the BU Heads and Country Head

Responsible for driving Alliance Management with all commercial partners, establishing processes, ensuring compliance and monitoring execution of contractual terms.

Closely monitor partners’ performance and lead commercial strategy to maximize sales and profitability

Negotiate deal terms with all commercial partners to secure business effectiveness & sustainability for Sandoz in the country

Lead Portfolio Strategy for BUs and Country Strategic Planning

In collaboration with BUs and Regional Portfolio team, identify therapeutic areas that will serve as a priority in the country

Have deep understanding of the local market and execute market scan for potential future partners

Market Access

Develop and ensure implementation of market access strategy to ensure Sandoz growth

Develop and maintain relationships with public healthcare stakeholders in close collaboration with Novartis Hellas Patient Access team

Lead and coordinate value dossier submissions to all governmental agencies (HTA, Reimbursement, Negotiation, Payers committees) as needed to ensure launch acceleration

Lead all Negotiation Committee sessions with Health Authorities ensuring reimbursement and profitable growth

Expert in local pricing, reimbursement & HTA policies and pharmaceutical legislation

Ensure compliance in all Market Access interactions throughout the organization; ensure all activities are in-line with internal and external policies & guidelines

Minimum requirements

University degree in Science, Business, Marketing or Engineering

Desirable degrees : MBA or MS in Health Economics

Excellent command of English

8 to 12 years’ operational experience with emphasis on Business Development, Product / Brand management, Health Economics

Previous consulting experience is a plus

Proven ability to operate and influence cross-functionally and cross-culturally

Proven leadership ability

Experience in Portfolio Strategy

Working experience in Market Access / Public Affairs

Significant experience in launching key products

Good understanding of brand financials’ (profit and loss)

Strong project management skills and cross-functional influencing
