So what’s the challenge
The CRM Product Development Specialist’s primary focus is the delivery of the CRM product roadmap (i.e. Targeted Promotions, Campaign Management enhancements, Micro-sites, etc.
for Online Games, Play Games and Loyalty Scheme in terms of scope, time and quality. The role owns the end-to-end delivery process for all CRM initiatives, which includes the monitor of the progress, the resolution of issues / conflicts as well as proposals and corrective actions.
Your day to day will include
Driving technical development & implementation of CRM promotions across all OPAP brands (Online, Play Games and Loyalty) in order to increase players’ engagement and satisfaction for all lifecycle stages
Advising, engaging and aligning key CRM stakeholders (Customer Base Management / Campaigns team) to identify necessary business requirements to provide clear specification documents
Working closely with Technology team to plan, prioritize and clarify the scope of the CRM product deliverables reassuring that these will be delivered according to the CRM product roadmap timelines
Working closely with Technology team & vendors in order to plan, execute and sign-off the Users Acceptance Testing for all CRM initiatives
Driving the adoption of each solution from the CRM business team through the preparation of the respective manual and training sessions
Liaising regularly with the Campaign Management Tool vendor for enhancements that will further boost CRM performance
Providing support on daily technical issues occurred in production and are related to CRM operations and resolving any challenges
What you need to succeed
BSc degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related technology field. A MSc degree is preferable
3+ years’ of technical product development experience. Exposure in managing and implementing B2C CRM and Campaign tools will be considered an asset
Knowledge / experience in betting / gaming industry is desirable
Strong business acumen with ability to understand business needs and document project requirements
Business or IT Project management experience is desirable
Adaptability with strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent presentation skills, oral and written, in Greek and English, both in technical and non-technical language
Effective interpersonal skills; ability to build strong working relationships with cross functional teams and vendors
Proficient use of MS Office tools and MS Project
