Your key responsibilities
The main requirement as a member of EY Greece’s Talent Team, is to understand talent priorities, recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies, and to work with the business, to understand business growth objectives, target candidates and headcount plans.
Also, you will :
Be responsible for brand, marketing and communication team to connect to content, campaigns, communications and marketing plans while using data from sources such as surveys to understand competitive landscape and key career drivers.
Accordingly, you will agree measures and success criteria.
Build a comprehensive strategy and plan with a digital and social media first approach, including content (created and curated), channels, campaigns, external positioning and PR to amplify EY’s brand among potential hires in alignment with our master corporate brand and D&I priorities.
Work with the global and regional recruitment brand team to improve tools, strategies, capabilities and fluency in accordance with the recruitment brand maturity framework, with the goal of driving towards a best-in-class recruitment brand function.
Review and evaluate new approaches to employer brand amplification and management that enhance the candidate and employee experience.
Skills and attributes for success
To qualify for the role, you must have :
BSc degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Behaviour, or another relevant field
Min. 5 years of experience in talent attraction & recruitment branding or in an external / internal corporate communication role
Passion for employer brand
Excellent command of written and oral English
Advanced project management and excel skills
Experience in a global organization and virtual teams
Ideally, you’ll also have :
Master’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Behaviour
Proven experience in leading the initiatives in recruitment brand events
