We are looking for a highly energetic Sales & Customer Support specialist to contribute at the launch of our new, award-winning software version for primary care Physicians and implement our growth strategy in Greece.
The ideal candidate must be highly organized, self-driven and team player with a proven track record of achieving within sales and customer support processes and with the ability to work in a demanding and new market.
Qualify leads by using deep understanding of the product’s ideal customer pain points.
Have the initial (inbound & outbound) phone or digital contact with leads and arrange meetings with prospect customers.
Organize and set up One-to-one and group presentation meetings.
Perform product demonstrations, onboard customers for the Collaborate Health Cloud and be the liaison throughout the entire sales process.
Provide training support for customers in the platform usage and new features.
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
Continuously monitor customer account activity to ensure continued use and success of the existing solutions. Engage accounts that have low usage and activity in their solutions for better optimization.
Lead product trainings to existing customers based on account usage analysis. The objective is to drive retention and continued product engagement.
Monitor all sales channels in coordination with the Marketing team (email, phone, leads, video conference, social) and offer exceptional proactive & on-demand product guidance and support.
Collaborate with team members and cross functional business partners to define the onboarding process for new customers and ongoing KPIs for success for existing customers.
Maintain workflow database and update daily.
Flexibility to visit customers on-site (rarely).
