Job Characteristics

Type : Full Time, Permanent

Office Locations : Thessaloniki / Halkidiki

Travelling : A substantial amount of travelling may be required

Job Description :

As a recruiter you will collaborate with department managers on a regular basis in order to proactively identify and cover hiring needs.

Attracting candidates is one of your most important responsibilities that you need to apply daily through different actions (interviews, attending Career Fairs, cold calling interviews and social media).

You will be working daily acting as a Company Ambassador representing Ikos Resorts in different events, career fairs and social networking activities.

Your ultimate goal is to ensure that our Company attracts, hires and retains candidates providing a strong talent pipeline in order to cover future company development plans and enhance Employer Branding.

Responsibilities :

  • Create job adverts and liaise with external partners for publication, renewal etc.
  • Attend Career Fairs, representing the company and run interviews or company presentations
  • Perform different job and task analysis in each department by work / observation in order to identify KPIs matching to specific job requirements
  • Research on technology, market recruitment updates and stay up to date with all industry and specialty related developments
  • Post jobs to appropriate job board / newspapers / colleges etc.
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc.
  • Screen candidates CVs, hard copy applications
  • Conduct interviews (face to face, phone, skype)
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
  • Candidate profile :

  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
  • Experience in mass recruitment projects would be appreciated
  • Ability to organize Career Days or Assessment Centers
  • PC Literate, Familiarity with HR databases would be appreciated
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • BS / MS in Human Resources Management
