Make It With Pride. You help execute the revenue management workstream to help us optimize the return on investment on our trade spend activities.
How you will contribute You will : Work with customer teams to track progress towards revenue KPIs Complete promotional post evaluations in partnership with Finance and Marketing Support the Customer Planning Manager by providing regular reporting including volume tracking, trade spend, % promoted, seasonal in flight tracking Monitor revenue realization of any cost price increases Work with customer teams and Sales Finance to ensure all trade spend in the system is accruing correctly Attend customer forecast surgeries to understand customer dynamics and identify opportunities and risks to the plan Approve promotional activity in line with guidelines with regular reviews of promotional spend What you will bring A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge : Commercial and financial acumen Reducing complexity using an analytical, disciplined and collaborative approach Synthesizing multiple data points into a holistic position Organizing and prioritizing Problem solving Finding new and innovative solutions Working in a fast-moving consumer goods or consumer packaged goods environment a distinct advantage Customer and category knowledge a distinct advantage What you need to know about this position : Collaborate proactively in the RGM area by supporting and provide internal and external information to the correct decision making, with a sustainable and profitable growth approach Main Responsibilities : Development of information enablers to support correct decision-making by extracting and crossing data (Sell in, Sell Out, NIELSEN, ISCAM, Euromonitor, prices, P&L) A key element being the close partnership with Sales & finance teams to provide decision support and guidance in ensuring the quality and understanding investments, both pre and post event.
Helps with all RGM activities for Operating Plan delivery of Pricing, Trade ROI, Trade and Mix commitments. Key Interface with Sales KAMs to develop Quarterly trade expenses plan by RTM / customer Support interface with Sales, Marketing & Finance to drive trade investment productivity and net pricing improvement agenda Develop & Monitors RGM initiative dashboard & KPIs, embedding market level RGM processes & tools for capabilities building and documentation of learning Support development of Trade Investment strategy to deliver category value and profit growth, with high shopper, & commercial trade understanding What Extra Ingredients you will bring : Academic Background : Business, Finance or other related field.
Promotional Strategy, Trade Investment Architecture understanding the impacts of decisions on the P&L is desirable Advanced English (Oral & Written) is nice to have Proficient in Microsoft Excel Strong analytical skills Sales experience is a nice to have The responsibilities of this position are performed within the framework of a regional business model that is defined and managed by Mondelēz Europe GmbH, Switzerland.
