The candidate will be responsible to identify and promote One EATON opportunities with contractors, engineeringmunity and end-
users (project owners). In doing so he will need to build and maintain an extensive contact database to use as direct resource in identifying potential project sales.
Act primarily by promoting specifications for all EATON products and solutions offered in the local market in order for EATON to be named as one or the sole preferred supplier with direct and indirect customers.
Follow up on project and opportunities pipeline and convert them to actual sales always in accordance with thepany’s policies and strategy and through direct coordination with thepany’s sales and management team.
Main responsibilities are :
A. Build and maintain database of direct and indirect customers that influences the existing businesses and projects. Develop and maintain a relationship with key business influencers within the customer base (e.
g. major consultants, from Partner / Director to the Associate / Senior Electrical Engineer).
B. Continuously promote Eaton Electric offering (Safety, PQ and PD), specifications and operating standards that affect projects from identifying opportunities until final procurement decisions are made in the form of orders (indirect or direct).
C. Understanding and defining major projects, corresponding technical and capital expenditure requirements. Identify entire solutions through One EATON approach and coordinate opportunities’ allocation within sales team to efficiently follow up through assigned direct or indirect customers.
D. Understanding majorpetitors’ tactics, organization, distribution, strategy and pricing, and keeping team informed of trends and changes.
E. Call on and develop business / social relationships with target Consultants at all levels throughout their organization in order to gain and develop opportunities for specification and through to the order opportunity.
F. Responsible for contributing to achieving and exceeding the Specification and Sales team targets and achieving Apex goals, by selling allpany products within the Division, including LV Devices, Consumer Products,mercial Assemblies, Low Voltage Systems, Medium Voltage Systems, Services & Aftermarket with defined customer base.
G. Identify and promote key selling arguments (technical and financial) to consultants and contractors.
H. Co-ordinate and cross-fertilize with the relevant colleagues on all significant trends in product acceptance, new product markets andpetitive activity.
Keep management informed regarding market trends, market potential, customer acceptance,petitive conditions and operating problems.
I. Implement allpany policies and tolls, maintain all required documentation, including expenses, project tracking system and all other administration required by thepany to be carried out.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
Relevant work experience 5+
Very good technical knowledge of LV-MV & SAFETY products and solutions
