Pricing COE Analyst
Location : Europe -Flexible
To provide commercial finance support in the areas of Pricing and Net Revenue reporting for the operating units in the region.
What You’ll Do for Us
Creates commercial financial information and execute commercial support to drive decision making
Ensures quality of information provided to stakeholders.
Works across the networked organization supporting the OU, working together with the Financial Services Commercial Finance tower and Genpact team.
Ensures that successful practices are shared and implemented to drive efficiency and standardization
Qualifications and Requirements
3-5 years of related work experience conducting and leading commercial finance activities.
Experience in business planning, financial planning and reporting, or management accounting areas involving influencing, communicating effectively, and managing the business needs across a varied group of business stakeholders.
Experience in virtual management across cultures and time zones is a plus.
Experience in a multinational company with a global footprint.
Strong demonstration of business acumen, financial competency, global mindset, effective communication, systems proficiency, change adaptability, flexibility, being able to operate in ambiguous situations, business partnership and collaboration, and innovation.
