  • Work within the Product Management team responsible for the vision, strategy, design, and roadmap of digital products which will provide a consistent and delightful experience internal and external users and the internal stakeholders whose business goals depend on the success of products created for them.

    You will be responsible for working with product managers, business stakeholders, and development teams to evaluate key business problems, impacts from feature releases and experimentation results to continuously advance and evolve user experiences.


    Collaborate closely with product managers to understand product goals, and create tracking, reporting and segmentation requirements that will ensure timely and accurate measurements Analyze ongoing initiatives and releases and assist product managers in performance assessment, efficiency and improved user / product experiences Evaluate historical data and build appropriate models to understand user behavior, business trends, and performanceCommunicate findings, recommendations and concerns to appropriate stakeholders Document analytical procedures and ensure transparent repeatable processes Create compelling, intuitive dashboards to arm the product team with metrics critical to their decision makingOrganize, prepare and present easy to understand stories with valid proof points that tie back to business objectivesEnvision, administer, and manage A / B and multivariate tests that will assist the team in reaching product goals and outcomes through iterative development


    Bachelor's degree required. A degree in a quantitative or business-related field such as statistics, marketing, finance, mathematics, or economics is preferred.

    3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst identifying trends, insights and presenting recommendations based on collected data Expert knowledge of Adobe AnalyticsAbility to conduct independent problem solving and data exploration analysis Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to understand underlying business problem, perform full cycle analysis and propose recommendations and solutions Familiar with product analytics and strong ability to carry out analysis related to customer journey, user activity, product / feature performance and other digital analytics A curious and highly motivated self-starter who can work effectively across cross-functional teams and can independently drive projects toward completion with proper planning and managementA strong communicator with great written and verbal skillsA team player and fun to work with


    MBA or advanced degree in Marketing, Statistics, Mathematics or Finance is a plus
