About the role
As a Real-Time Operations Administrator you will facilitate real time ( live ) monitoring and dispatching for Operations & Logistics.
You will establish a strong working relationship with Head of Operations and Logistics, the Operation Team, Customer Experience team, while at the same time coordinate with various external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
The successful candidate to this role is a strong decision maker, will be responsible for directing, monitoring, and coordinating transportation service, ensuring effective utilization of various technology platform and services, in accordance with all established policies and procedures.
Smooth operations followed up by relevant decisions is the ultimate goal of the person in charge.
What you'll do day in day out :
Operate in real time live monitoring shifts using technology platform and real-time performance indicators
Take real-time decisions, initiate appropriate actions, interfere and fix potential problems and service arrangements, when and where necessary
Ensure the proper use of system tools, manage issues, answer calls, provide support and escalate issues where needed
Identify and evaluate critical or emergency cases, solve these cases and seek assistance from the Customer Support Supervisor and / or Operations Coordinator where appropriate
Coordinate with various external stakeholders (mainly Service Partners and Service Users) to ensure smooth operations
Liaise with various internal departments, (i.e. Customer Experience) to ensure positive user experience both from supply or demand aspect
Work closely with Operations Associate / Coordinator and the Head of Operations & Logistics to design, streamline and manage various procedures, KPIs and policies
Liaise with Operations Associate and Operations Coordinator to define areas of improvement and facilitate execution
What you'll need to have :
Undergraduate / Bachelor’s in Business, Science, Engineering or similar equivalent
Experience working in high-volume or extremely fast-paced environment
Strong systematic and logical problem-solving ability with good active listening skills
Ability to perform successfully under pressure and monitor in parallel various aspects of work
Strong ability to communicate ideas verbally and visually
Good organization and planning skills, be quick on trigger, with a hands-on and tech-savvy approach
Ability to pull, process, and gain insight from data, in order to identify gaps and root causes (Excellent MS Office skills and Google Sheets skills required)
Flexibility regarding the time schedule. Being able to work in weekends
