If you want to make a life-changing impact on consumers, there’s no better place! For our Digital Marketing function in Aspropyrgos, Greece, we are therefore looking for a Digital Solutions Manager.
In this position you will be responsible to play an instrumental role to drive evolution of digital solutions offering and to orchestrate the end-to-end design, deployment and delivery of such programs and products in line with the overall retention and acquisition strategy, ensuring a seamless and impactful roll-out across market.
The role reports to the Head of Digital in PMI Greece.Key role tasks :
Drive solution requirements definition, planning and design of new features and enhancements.
Work closely with Consumer Experience & IT Function to pilot new initiatives to further improve performance and ensure results scalability, while factoring in legal requirements, cost drivers and overall business impact
Analyze and specify requirements, translate them to business needs and communicate them appropriately to the internal stakeholders
Work cross functionally and closely with business units and external vendors to identify, analyze, assess business needs
Manage the testing process, identify test cases, be responsible for User Acceptance Test (UAT) process
Embed new ways of working in partnership with other functions to ensure all new programs and projects follow a structured methodology
Identify user journey, map out features with the journeys and lead the solution design, prototype & testing.
Ensure developments are underpinned by robust data and consumer insights and engineer the approach for smooth deployment
Support the definition and creation of processes and procedures related to internal business processes, direct communication, consumer interaction, ensuring accurate and timely implementation
Drive digital product catalog and smooth performance of digital solutions Who we’re looking for
Bachelors’ degree preferably in the fields of Computer Science, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or any other relative discipline with quantitative focus.
Masters’ degree is considered a plus.
At least 4 years of experience in leading and developing digital solutions in a cross-functional, collaborative environment demonstrating deep understanding of multiple digital capabilities from Information, data, and media literacies;
Digital creation, problem solving and innovation; experience design
Strong leadership skills to influence across the organization and challenge the digital strategy
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
Creative and resourceful mindset coupled with consumer at the core mentality
High proficiency in omnichannel and digital activation along with data-directed decision making
Experience within the commercial organization, preferably gained in digital & consumer experience teams
