This team works closely with our clients to become trusted advisors and the go to team on the best practices on the technical approach on the Customer Engagement suite.
Role Overview & Responsibilities
As a Customer Engagement Solution Architect, you will be own and drive the technical architecture and approach. Activities in this role may include (but are not limited to) :
Lead technical aspects of business analysis and discovery, business process definition, and business process design efforts for projects
Develop technical requirements definition, including writing user stories that are easy for clients to understand and respond to such as Scope definition, Integration Design (jointly with other solution architects), Data Migration Planning
After the Design Phase is complete, will advise the project implementation team as needed, in these areas :
Detailed requirements gathering and user story creation, Development (declarative and code-based), Testing and UAT, Training and launch
Lead technical project teams, overseeing technical leads, and developers
Champion quality on projects, identifying and mitigating technical risk
Serve as a technical escalation point for clients to resolve any technical, project-related issues
Participate in conversations with the client regarding requested additional work for projects, assessing technical implications and impacts
Participate as needed in pre-sales efforts, assisting with constructing demonstration environments and supporting demo efforts
Skills & Experience
8+ years' experience working in Salesforce.com project delivery
Preferred Certifications (or equivalent experience)Salesforce Certified Advanced AdministratorSalesforce Certified Application ArchitectSalesforce Certified Platform Developer IIMuleSoft Certified Integration & API Associate
Knowledge of Healthcare, Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical industry a plus
Strong experience with data integration and data migration into Salesforce required. Experience with Mulesoft is a plus
Solution-oriented strategic thinker, with strong problem solving and program / project management skills
Agile, continuous improvement mindset, with a willingness to challenge the status quo
Willingness to both lead and execute in a fast-paced environment to match stakeholder expectations to urgently deliver exceptional results
Experience in remote collaboration with resources across cultures and time zones
Demonstrated success building effective relationships with a broad spectrum of stakeholders, including senior leaders and associates across different functions
Strong in verbal and written (including PowerPoint) communication to interact with multiple layers of business stakeholders.
Fluency in English required
