The Trans Adriatic Pipeline (TAP) AG is a joint venture company established with the purpose of planning, developing and building the TAP natural gas pipeline.
TAP’s shareholding is comprised of BP (20%), SNAM (20%), SOCAR (20%), Fluxys (19%), Enagás (16%) and Axpo (5%).
The Indirect Procurement Manager reports to the Head of Procurements and Contracts. The role will be responsible for indirect procurement throughout TAP in Greece, Italy, Albania and Switzerland and will be based in Athens.
The role also supervises a Procurement Specialist to support the TAP business with best practice for Indirect Procurement.
Responsibilities & Tasks
Responsible for indirect procurement strategy implementation
Defines category strategies (where applicable) and conducts supply market analysis and supplier portfolio management
Accountable for compliant execution of procurement in accordance with the Procurement Policy
Responsible for 3rd party spend transparency
Procurement representative at management level for both internal and external stakeholders
Supervision of procurement processes conducted by all Procurement Specialists within Indirect Procurement
Disciplinary leadership of the Indirect Procurement team
Manages, optimises any of the categories according to the procurement strategy
Responsible for Supply Market Analysis in close collaboration with internal stakeholders
Responsible for demand and Management within indirect Procurement
Enforces compliance with the Procurement Policy throughout TAP
At least 10 years’ experience in Indirect Procurement and wider procurement
Procurement experience within a project and / or operational would be an asset
SAP S / 4 HANA experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Accurate; paying attention to detail
Team Lead experience in a collaborative manner
Self-motivator with a record of delivery
