We’re looking for an experienced Product Analyst with a strong business and data acumen who will help the Product team in making data-driven decisions and achieving high business through driving adoption and engagement
In this role, you’ll
Support Product Managers in analyzing quantitative data; formulating correct business questions and hypotheses and conducting tests that help to validate them
Drive product adoption and engagement by proposing and conducting quantitative research into key user behavioral pattern and business trends, in partnership with product managers, engineers, designers, and other team members
Define adequate product measures (KPIs) that allow PMs and other stakeholders to track the performance of a given product / feature
Track basic metrics like adoption, conversion and retention in the scope of a given product via dashboards
Proactively analyze data and identify trends in the scope of a given product to give recommendations on further development’s direction and improvements
Conduct external research to help steer the Product Vision forward based on industry best-practices
Work with the Engineering team to ensure proper data structure
Design, conduct and monitor A / B tests.
Operate in an iterative mindset, focused on delivering improvements and value at a high velocity
What you’ll bring to the role
3+ years of experience of working as a Data / Product Analyst
Experience in a growth team is a plus
Strong business acumen including problem-solving, structuring, critical thinking and empathy
Proven excellent analytical capabilities - SQL, ETL / ELT, dashboarding, problem definition, human-centric approach
Strong attention to detail
Ability to interact with all levels of the organization and across a variety of cultures
Great communication skills both written and verbal (English B2)
Experience in building B2C SaaS products
Comfort in operating in a fast-pace, start-up environment
Experience with product-related analysis tools like Mixpanel
Bonus points :
Experience with AWS Glue, Stitch, Redshift, Mongo Atlas, QuickSight
