THEONI S.A. Natural Mineral Water is currently seeking Sales Director.As a part of the management team the Sales Director will be a hands-on leader with primary responsibility to develop and execute the Company’s sales strategy in line with the Company’s marketing plan and to achieve the sales objectives set out in the Business Plan.

Responsibilities will include :

  • Overall control and responsibility for the development and management of the sales team, plan, and budget
  • Monitor activity across sales team utilizing CRM and other tools, ensuring the sales activity of the business are met
  • Motivate, manage and mentor the internal sales & technical team to ensure sustained lead generation and to enhance and further differentiate business value proposition
  • Align and coordinate the sales effort with the Marketing Director in line with the Company’s Marketing Plan
  • Developing and deploying the Area Expert Marketing Strategy across all Categories.
  • Leads the team to develop the Expert media strategy and plan for all Categories in partnership with the Marketing team, and media agency.
  • Leads the team and participates in periodic reviews of Brand / Brands performance across the Area and collaborates with the marketing teams to identify and approve mitigating actions to deliver Brand / Brands financial commitments.
  • Leads and effectively influences a number of stakeholders to ensure buy-in to recommended strategies and plans.
  • Engages and energizes internal and external stakeholders on the Expert strategy and marketing plans for the Category across the Area.
  • MI / Reporting all information to relevant persons / departments / stakeholders
  • Supporting HR in the recruitment process to ensure adequate resources in line with agreed organizational structure
  • Achieve revenue targets consistent with business strategy and revenue growth plans
  • Drive and execute new business opportunities with new clients as well as drive new international business opportunities
  • Be responsible of network development with Wholesalers
  • Participate in product development planning by introducing market and client feedback and requirements
  • Execute detailed go to market strategies that deliver business growth
  • Develop and refine pricing models and contracts
  • Participate in the development of company business strategy and growth plan
  • Interpret internal and external market intelligence and information sources to identify new business opportunities and develop and execute business plans that will maximize revenue and differentiate the Company in the marketplace
  • Requirements :

  • The Sales Director must have proven Industry related experience at the Sales Director level for a minimum of 5 years. The Sales Director must be commercially aware, know and follow market trends, know the Company’s products and services, be able to identify new business opportunities, know the sales process from start to finish, have a demonstrated track record of organizing, managing and motivating effective and successful sales teams that perform at a high level;
  • and have excellent sales, negotiation and communication (oral, written, reporting and presentation) skills in small and large settings

    Experience and knowledge of Marketing is a must.
