Jelly Story
Jelly is building the all-in-one platform for the global foodservice industry. Unlike recent innovations that have crowded into customer-facing areas of food businesses (think food delivery, tills, bookings), we are starting from the neglected engine room - chefs in kitchens.
Our app is already loved by thousands of chefs and operators across hundreds of independent food businesses in the UK, from Michelin-starred restaurants to dark kitchens.
By removing the pain of admin tasks like costing dishes and ordering supplies, we help independent food businesses to not just survive the COVID challenges but thrive in the future.
The timing could not have been better.
Since raising seed funding from Tier 1 venture investors, including those that put first monies into Revolut, Transferwise, Hopin and Just Eat, our customer base has grown by 10x.
We are a tight knit team of 8 headquartered in London, but our ambition is to scale globally with plan to raise Series A funding in the next 12 months.
Join the adventure to build the future of the foodservice industry.
