We are looking for an ICT Project Process Quality Expert for our offices in Patras

A day in the life of an ICT Project Process Quality Expert

As an ICT Project Process Quality Expert, you will be part of our rapidly growing Corporate & Governance Quality Management / QA (CGQM / QA) Division.

Your main duties will be :

  • Establish policies, processes, procedures, guidelines complying with contracts and Best Practices;
  • Define the quality assurance activities, quality gates and acceptance criteria, as per project phases;
  • Assess efficiency and effectiveness of the process(es) performed in the projects;
  • Perform objective evaluation of process adherence and related work;
  • Review deliverables, identify and report to project manager any risks and issues related to quality;
  • Contributes to establishment of KPIs / metrics;
  • Collect and analyse data for KPIs and other project or maintenance indicators;
  • Contribute to Continual Service Improvement for overall Quality Management System and IT Service portfolio;
  • Plan, execute and follow-up the assigned quality improvement activities;
  • Organize and perform root-cause analysis for quality issues and lessons learnt aspects.

    If you have

  • University Degree in Computer Science or another relevant field;
  • Postgraduate degree in Business Administration or Total Quality Management;
  • At least 6 years of solid work experience in a relevant position;
  • Advanced knowledge and experience of Quality Management (Quality planning, assurance, control and continuous improvement);
  • Profound knowledge of ISO 9001 requirements;
  • Certifications of ITIL, ISO20000, ISO27001;
  • Desired knowledge of CMMI for Development and Services;
  • Good knowledge of DevSecOps
  • Knowledge of Quality tools and Techniques (Six Sigma, Root Cause Analysis, Business Process Mapping techniques etc.);
  • Knowledge of commonly applied Project and S / W Product Management; Methodologies / Practices / Models (RUP, Agile, PMI, Prince2, COBIT, Product Management, Product Portfolio, etc.);
  • Good knowledge of commonly applied Software Development Methodologies, Frameworks(e.g. RUP, Agile, SOA, TDD, BDD, DDD, TOGAF);
  • Certification(s) relate to quality management in software development lifecycle, as well as testing (e.g. Lean, ISTQB Foundation);
  • Knowledge of commonly applied S / W Development and CI / CD platforms / tools (e.g. J2EE, Java, HTML, PHP, Oracle stack, Web-services / APIs, Git, SONAR, Maven, Jenkins, JIRA);
  • Excellent command of the English language (written & verbal);
  • Availability to travel abroad

    It would also be a plus if you were

  • Advanced knowledge and experience in the fields of Project / Product / Quality Management in IT Projects;
  • Proficiency and experience of Senior IT Quality expert on Software Development and Maintenance, including business analysis, design, verification and validation;
  • Capability of defining and applying quality standards in IT environment;
  • Experience in Process Improvement techniques;
  • Experience in definition, data collection and analysis of key performance and other indicators;
  • Experience in Agile delivery models and acted as SCRUM Master, Product Owner or Agile Coach;
  • Certification in ISO Auditing and / or Project Management
