As a Site Administrator you will be responsible for providing overall administrative support to solar EPC projects, managing day-to-day responsibilities, on site.
Gather, process and distribute all documents associated i) with the construction, the project management and the delivery of components (e.
g, invoices, delivery notes) along ii) with juwi’s and subcontractors’ personnel matters (e.g expense reports, Labour Inspection, certificates).
Compile data and secure document control, maintaining detailed, easy access and up-to-date files, in hard and soft data storage.
Locate and provide the needed documents upon request.
Manage and control the petty cash of the project, providing the respective reports to Accounting & Controlling
Scanning, photocopying and distributing documents as needed. Prepare courier packages.
Assist in ordering supplies for the personnel and maintaining inventory on site.
Act as an information point for visitors, knowing at all times the whereabouts of the Project Managers and of the Construction Managers, across construction sites.
Coordinate site visits when needed.
Act as the point of contact between the office and the construction site.
Primarily reporting to the EPC Construction Manager, the Site Administrator will collaborate with all parties, including Purchasing & Logistics, System Design, Specialist Consultants, Suppliers, Subcontractors, Client to ensure compliant project execution.
Degree in Business Administration / Logistics or in similar discipline, from Technological Institution or equivalent.
5 years experience at comparable level.
Experience of working within a project, engineering or construction environment is an asset.
Fluent in Greek and in English (verbal & writing).
Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, MS Word, Power Point, Excel).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to take initiative and organize effectively.
Ability to prioritize own workload and work independently under pressure.
