Serving as the first point of contact for customers
Representing the company, remaining friendly and helpful with every person
Resolving issues with the products over the phone or emails (not too technical questions)
Keeping customer data up to date
Coordinate incident resolutions with Level 2 and Level 3 staff
You speak Italian at a proficient level and English at a fluent level.
You have a dedicated quiet working space located within your residence in Greece or you are willing to relocate to Greece
You have great communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
