So what’s the challenge
The Online Live Casino Product Manager is responsible for achieving product’s KPIs in line with the overall business objectives.
Key priority of the role is to ensure that customers’ needs are met and a world-class experience is offered. To do so, the Online Live Casino Product Manager will be cooperating closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
Your day to day will include :
Defining and executing the Online Live Casino product strategy
Owning the product development roadmap and liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the quality and timeliness of deliverables
Holding responsibility for Online Live Casino product’s budget and KPIs
Designing team’s processes and managing workflow and deliverables in order to achieve business goals
Managing the Online Live Casino lobby and safeguarding that relevant content is displayed to each player
Managing any product and game launch plans and ensuring that deadlines and key milestones are met
Briefing Online Acquisition and Marketing Communication teams on campaign requirements and ensuring that campaign planning cycles are met
Setting operational KPIs and working together with the Online Operations Team to ensure that customers enjoy world class experience from their first touch point and onwards
Working together with the CRM team to ensure customers receive relevant communication and offers and engagement with the brand is increased
Outlining and executing Online Live Casino product VIP plan
Reporting on Online Live Casino product performance with insights that could enhance product offering and customer experience
Following up on competitors and global market intelligence insights and propose actionable tasks to ensure that the product is always at the forefront
Building and maintaining 3rd party vendor relationships
What you need to succeed :
BSc Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field. MSc Degree is preferable
6+ years’ experience in managerial position within a corporate environment and a track record of improving performance and commercial KPI’s
Experience in online gaming, preferably in Casino management, and familiarity with industry’s rules and regulations will be considered as a strong asset
Strategic thinking, effective decision making and hands-on attitude
Business acumen and analytical skills, with close attention to detail
Effective interpersonal and people management skills with ability of developing and maintaining relationships of trust with colleagues
Excellent oral and written communication skills both in Greek and English
Solid MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Fulfilled military obligations for male candidates
