Imerys reshapes its financial function, by creating Shared Service Centers (SSC) at a regional level. We are currently recruiting a Continuous Improvement Coordinator to support the Imerys Shared Services Centre in Greece
The Shared Services Continuous Improvement Coordinator will support the company’s finance transformation program being responsible for managing and implementing continuous improvement initiatives within the Shared Services Centre and broader organization (internal customers).
He / She will assist in transforming the Shared Service Centre into a best in class organization. He / She will ensure that transactional processes are streamlined, efficient and that high quality, cost effective services and solutions are delivered by Imerys Shared Services Centre.
Supports the continuous improvement programmes by focusing on the process efficiencies and customer service
Focuses on the enhancement of business capacity through technology and innovation
Assesses processes and activities and identifies opportunities to make improvements
Prioritizes initiatives that will be most impactful to the organization’s goals and objectives
Develops and implements project plans
Effectively communicates project expectations and liaises with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis
Assures that Change Management plans related to all Continuous Improvement initiatives are developed, implemented and well executed
Collaborates with other process stakeholders to identify current and future service delivery opportunities, evaluates design modification, and considers enabling technology.
Bachelors in Accounting, Finance or Business
More than 7 years of relevant experience
Proven success of project management and implementation of process improvements
Working experience in a multinational environment
Experience in enabling technologies and ERPs is a plus
Fluent English speaker (C1 / C2)
Other languages can be considered as a plus
