The key responsibilities of this role will include :

  • Supporting in general various administrative tasks such as data entry
  • Maintaining company’s ERP system
  • Gathering data on behalf of the teams
  • Providing information and reports
  • Preparing for and supporting events and meetings etc.
  • Managing email / telephone based enquiries, allocating, if possible, to the relevant team member.
  • Performing other duties as assigned
  • The key requirements of this role are :

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in business studies
  • Advanced computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent organizational skills and team working skills
  • A flexible, multitasker, detail-oriented and positive professional
