The key responsibilities of this role will include :
Supporting in general various administrative tasks such as data entry
Maintaining company’s ERP system
Gathering data on behalf of the teams
Providing information and reports
Preparing for and supporting events and meetings etc.
Managing email / telephone based enquiries, allocating, if possible, to the relevant team member.
Performing other duties as assigned
The key requirements of this role are :
A Bachelor’s Degree in business studies
Advanced computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Fluency in English
Excellent organizational skills and team working skills
A flexible, multitasker, detail-oriented and positive professional
