More specifically your responsibilities will entail :
Managing end to end recruitment processes, from needs analysis and sourcing to offer management and negotiating
Coordinating all onboarding procedures of newcomers
Coordinating the performance appraisals and people development procedures and ensuring the implementation of our talent management system
Coordinating training needs analysis, organizing internal & external trainings, in cooperation with internal and external trainers, and evaluating the quality of training
Evaluating employee satisfaction and the effectiveness of our management system through employee perception surveys
Leading all employer branding activities and organizing and actively supporting CSR initiatives
Leading internal communication plan and organizing employee events
Participating in the review of our HR Strategy as well as in the development of respective action plans in order to ensure the effectiveness of our HR Management System
