We are looking for a Workforce Associate who is efficient and organized to plan our Customer Care Department's needs.
Your work will have an immediate influence on day-to-day operations at efood.
The role is responsible for forming, updating, and improving the Customer Care Agents' schedule. Your goal is to facilitate the function of the department while offering a smooth working schedule for our Customer Care agents.
You are the ideal candidate for us if you :

Focus on details and have a methodical working style
Prioritize and choose the optimum way to balance both business and people's needs and requests
For this role you will need to :
Prepare and adjust the working schedule according to the estimated workload
Submit information for payroll to HR
Handle daily vacation and sick day requests
Coordinate trainings with the training team
Qualifications for this role include :
University / Bachelor’s Degree is a must
Work experience in a relevant position will be considered as a plus
Very good use of EXCEL spreadsheet program
Excellent communication skills
