The Inside Sales Representative will focus on customer acquisition and she / he is responsible for generating leads, advancing the sales process, closing new appointments and assisting in the achievement of opportunity-based sales quotas.
Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
Identify decision makers within targeted leads to begin sales process.
Understanding customer needs and requirements.
Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
Maintain and expand the company’s database of prospects.
Enter new client data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate database.
Bachelor Degree in Finance
Feel comfortable making cold calls and talking with banking directors in English
Excellent knowledge of English language
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM
Persuasive and goal-oriented
Banking or Investment experience will be an asset
