Customer Experience Advocates will assist customers through phone and / or chat about account management, billing issues, content and basic site and application navigation.
Act as the first point of contact for all the Swedish-speaking customers
Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Processing orders, forms, applications & requests
Give accurate and real-time responses to client inquiries
What will you bring?
Business fluency in Swedish
B1-B2 level in English
A positive and can-do attitude
Communicate effectively and professionally with others
Strong time management skills to ensure productivity
Be able to multi-task and have strong interpersonal skills
Demonstrates clear and concise communication
