Global CSR and Sustainability Lead

  • Work with colleagues across countries and functions to guide and define with them the non-financial data (environment, social and governance) needed for the Sustainability Report within the Temenos Annual Report
  • Review, process and analyze data collected every quarter, manage and finalize KPIs to fulfil GRI, SASB and DJSI requirements
  • Gather information needed from contributors and update dashboard with KPIs for annual corporate submission for Dow Jones Sustainability Index (DJSI).
  • Prepare non-financial material for other international business benchmarks and voluntary initiatives relevant to the interests of the company’s stakeholders, such as investor indices, ISO certifications and performance ratings and rankings
  • Support any other local or global ESG disclosure and reporting requirements (as per the UK, EU, US, India regulations)
  • Prepare and deliver internal induction presentations on the Temenos CSR & Sustainability strategy
  • Respond to internal / external queries from Sales / Presales, Clients, Prospects, Suppliers and Investors requesting the provision of non-financial data

  • Master’s Degree in Sustainability, Economics or Business Administration with an excellent academic track record
  • 5 to 8 years of CSR, sustainability, social impact and community engagement experience in corporate or consulting environments
  • Knowledge of sustainability standards, reporting frameworks and investor indices indicatively : UN Global Compact, GRI, SASB, ISO 26000, AA1000, UN Sustainable Development Goals, UK Modern Slavery Act, Dow Jones Sustainability Index
  • Strong command of English, with excellent written / verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Computer proficiency in MS Office. Expert level in Excel is critical
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to research, collect, analyze and evaluate information
  • Flexible in approach and communication styles and comfortable working with diverse cultures and across time zones
