PepsiCo is looking for a National Account Group Manager Colruyt, Makro and Lambrechts.
As National Account manager you will lead and support the colruyt group in developing and delivering the strategic & annual sales plan.
You will manage a team of 4 colleagues.
What does the function involve?
Leads development and implementation of the Strategic and Annual Sales Plan for all categories with Colruyt (group), Makro & Lambrechts
Delivers the agreed annual Sales objectives on Volume, Net Sales, Contribution, Trade Investments for total food with Colruyt (group), Makro & Lambrechts
Negotiate and close CDA’s (in cooperation with Sr. Sales Manager to deliver targeted results which are aligned with the customer plan
Supports & drives Sales Capability agenda
Builds Colruyt (group), Makro & Lambrechts Customer plan and support direct reports in the development and implementation of the Customer Plan
Provides ongoing coaching, feedback and formal training to all (direct) reports to support them in the achievement of their individual targets and to develop their skills & capabilities.
Staff, onboard, train & retain the Customer Team with high caliber talent.
Follow-up of customer invoicing and promotions, in order to reach an optimal cost-control
Qualifications / Requirements
Minimum 7 years of experience in retail sales within FMCG industry
Strong proven analytical and commercial skills
Strong negotiation skilss
Fluent in Dutch and French & good knowlegde of English
ability to build long-term succesful business relationships with customers
