Job Description and Responsibilities
The Cybersource European indirect team is a new team that’s role is to make CyberSource the rails on which the European Payment Industry innovates and grows upon.
We are looking to change the foundations of the industry and empower companies to grow faster and innovate quicker.
We are looking for a hungry, motivated individual that wants to drive this change. They will join the indirect team and build the strategic long-term partnerships that will achieve Cybersource’s goals.
The target audience are payment providers such as Acquirers, Payment Gateways, Payment Technology Providers, and Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) within the South Eastern European region.
This is a specialist sales role that requires a high degree of commercial acumen, business maturity and self-motivation.
A proven track record in sales with qualified success in accretive revenue strategies; including pipeline conversion and enhanced time to revenue.
English and a second language (Greek, Turkish, Croatian or Romanian) are a must.
The role is critical to the development of the Cybersource Payment Platform within Europe and will be required to execute on the EU strategy that employs the Visa IDDEA selling methodology to deliver commercial growth to the region.

Cybersource is looking to develop the best commercial team in Europe. The individual in this role will deliver sales excellence as well as a depth of technical and problem-solving skills that will deliver solutions that are the foundations of our partners growth.
We are looking for experienced candidates with strong Sales and Account Management experience with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in sales.
