As an Individual contributor You will be part of the data & analytics organization and are responsible to technically guide projects in the area of market analytics.
You partner with business stakeholders, data scientists, analytics leads as well as implementation partners / vendors and are the leading architecture and technical design for our analytical products.
You ensure a proper data management, data ingestion and data pipeline orchestration and that a scalable and well performing analytical product is build.

You will be responsible for :
Create & implement the data management strategy and - processes for the market data asset according to the F.A.I.R. data principles and our global standards
Define, implement and continuously improve the global market data asset
Design and lead the implementation of integrated global (multi-country) as well as single country analytics solutions in line with legal requirements (e.g. TPAs)
Contribute to the enrichment of our global data and analytics technology stack according to the needs of the analytics products
As a technical lead, closely work with other global data asset teams, and other analytics teams, data science teams as well as market research and - intelligence teams (global and in the countries) to provide fit-for-purpose global market analytics products
Manage the integration of different data types (market sell out data, POS data, shopper behavior data, retailer sales data, strategic market data, trend data etc.
and sources (IRI, IQVIA, Euromonitor, Nielson etc. - global sources and country sources) into one global market data asset
Be responsible for managing external service providers / partners
Prepare cost and time estimates to the operations
We would expect from you :
Master degree in computer science, engineering or a comparable subject
8+ years' working experience in the field of Data & Analytics, especially market analytics / market insights
Profound data architecture & technology knowledge and experience in data engineering (e.g. Azure Data Lake, Azure Synapse, Databricks, Snowflake) as well as data management skills (e.
g. data cataloguing, data quality management). Knowhow in legacy stack SAP Hana or front-end solutions like Tableau, PowerBi would be beneficial, but optional.
Demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in a fast-paced environment
Problem solving and analytical skills, combined with impeccable business judgement
Interpersonal and communication skills, active listening, consulting, challenging, presentation skills
Fluent in English
