    As a Bilingual Sales Team Leader for Spotify , you will :

    Act like Sales Team Leader for Sales Specialist, focused team on acquiring and onboarding advertisers

    Acts as main point of contact between TaskUs and the client

    Quickly resolve escalations and providing insight and performance details

    Supports Sales Specialists in client-facing situations to pitch Spotify's value when needed

    Oversees day-to-day team activities, sales pitching, operations, and performance improvement through support, coaching, and mentoring

    Monitors daily sales behavior of their team and enforces sales process

    Uses data to effectively manage sales funnels and translate quantitative insights into actionable steps for their team to take

    Prepares performance and forecast reporting, including closed / won and revenue, based on team performance to set individual team member quota / targets

    Candidates can be based anywhere in Greece

    Requirements :

    So, what is it we’re looking for? Well since this is a Sales Team Lead we need someone with prior relevant people management experience and sales management experience.

    Now let’s get technical.

    Fluent in German and English

    2+ years of advertising / marketing sales experience (digital and audio advertising and / or marketing agency background a plus)

    1+ years experience managing a sales team

    Demonstrated management skills with a track record of leading teams to achieve and exceed revenue goals

    Mastered the fundamentals of sales management including pipeline forecasting, client research, pitch and presentations skills, and meeting reports

    Strong interest, and ability to work with analytics and data to both drive performance management and inform client sales strategy and rationale

    Great communication, consultative selling, problem solving and negotiating skills

    Experience with Salesforce (or other CRM) and Gsuite (Gsheets, Gslides)

    Bachelor's degree in Sales, Advertising, Marketing, or Business
