The job description of the Account Manager is the following :
Develop existing and establish new customer relationships
Provide efficient solutions and technical support on building sites
Introduce new products and solutions and represent the company's brand in the market
Exceed target and maximize profitable growth in the region and manage the financial resources allocated to employee and team
Grow a loyal customer base within a defined territory through outside, business-to-business, face-to-face sales
Leverage multiple sales channels to maximize territory revenue
Obtain appointments with decision makers at construction / industrial companies
Work across multiple departments and liaise with representatives (materials management, logistics, credit, marketing, technical services, customer service) and represent the Company in the best possible manner
Participate in construction industry trade organizations to build relationships and networks
The ideal candidate for the role of the Account Manager should have the following :
At least two years of experience in sales and direct contact with clients
Good communication and networking skills, team spirit
Results oriented, hardworking, ambitious
Able to work under stress and in deadline intensive environment
Eager to learn and determined
Fluency in English language
