Protera is looking for an experienced recruiter because we to expand ours Athens, Greece team. The ideal candidate is someone who has experience working within Information Technology (IT) recruiting and Human Resources (HR) requirements.

Typical Responsibilities :
Source high quality & talented candidates in view of a highly competitive IT market.
Screen and interview candidates to ensure the hiring managers are presented the highest quality resources in a timely and efficient manner.
Keep updated with the latest industry trends to ensure candidates can be evaluated against industry standard assessments.
Write and post technical job descriptions on specialist IT job boards, social media, and other relevant channels.
Network online and offline with potential candidates and sourcing channels to promote the Protera brand and ensure we attract the best professionals.
Create direct Talent Acquisition methods; devise innovative ways to attract top talent; drive improvements; and implement state-of-the-art practices for efficient talent acquisition.
Propose Branding activities and fully contribute to promoting Protera via participation in Career Days, Events, Job Fairs, etc.
Act as a single point of contact for Hiring Managers regarding recruitment in Greece.
Collaborate closely with defined business areas to develop action plans.
Expected skills :
5+ years’ experience as a professional recruiter of Information Technology resources.
Proven experience in managing the end-to-end recruitment process from understanding the requirement to sourcing to screening to hiring to onboarding.
Excellent communication skills in English & Greek (verbal & written).
Excellent interpersonal and people management skills.
Enthusiastic, driven, and able to work as part of a global team.
Strong business acumen and broader knowledge of HR.
Experience using online recruiting tools such as LinkedIn.
Highly proficient in using the MS Office 365 applications and online search tools.
Working knowledge of ATS and HRIS systems.
Degree or Certifications in Human Resource Management, Communications, Marketing, or similar.
Ability to travel when necessary.
