Supermicro is looking for a highly-experienced, successful and proven Sales Manager to sell Supermicro's broad portfolio of server solutions to large enterprise customers.
Sales Manager will possess the expertise in managing end-to-end sales processes involving complex, multi-portfolio, large deals.
The ideal sales manager must have a strong, credible and professionals working relationship with C-Level executives at current and past clients, plus the ability to create similar synergies at new accounts.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Demonstrate a proven network of contacts with end customers and a history having won business in those accounts;
Be capable of utilising their exiting contacts to general short medium and long term pipeline within the first 3 months;
Maintaining and developing relationships with new and existing Customers;
Understanding, articulating, and selling propositions with your customers;
Identifying and managing sales forecasts for your customers;
Retaining and growing business from existing core customers;
Identifying and converting Business Development opportunities across the sector;
Understanding of the global market to identify future customer and product requirements;
Be able to achieve sales targets and growth;
Providing strategic Reviews (Internal and External).
Direct sales experience in Server / Storage / Enterprise / Cloud required.
A minimum of 10+ years of progressively expanding marketing, and direct sales experience.
Track record of successful new customer engagements and sales / market share growth in previous assignments.
Must have industry relationships that can be leveraged to attract incrementally new customers.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills are required in order to communicate effectively with customers and also with internal organizations.
Good English Language skills in both Written and Spoken are required.
