Role Purpose :

We are looking for a Junior HR Advisor to join our HR Team.

The job holder deliver advisory to HR related issues and support business needs. Perform day to day tasks, be involved in various projects and support team using HR systems and processes.

Key accountabilities :

  • Working in agile teams for global and local HR projects activities and initiatives.
  • Provide advice on HR policies, procedures and legislation.
  • Finalizing the hiring process by issuing the onboarding and orientation section for new joiners.
  • Provide systems administration, maintaining and developing our system to meet evolving business and legislative requirements.
  • Handle employee contracts, monitor and keep updated the local systems related with Employee data.
  • Maintain relationships with other functions to ensure effective end to end HR processes.
  • Provide communication and training support for both the processes redesign and systems usage.
  • Data & reporting activities for the HR Function.
  • Core competencies, knowledge :

  • 0-2 years work experience in the field of HR.
  • Very good communication, interpersonal and team working skills.
  • Management of own time, priorities, and resources to achieve goals.
  • Stakeholder management abilities (relationship management and consultancy skills).
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Passion with data and attention to detail.
  • Ambition to work in a fast-paced environment with strong performance expectations.
  • Familiar with Greek labor law, ERGANI and HR policies.
  • Systems expertise (SAP preferred, or any other HR System). Previous exposure at SuccessFactors is highly appreciated.
  • Technical / professional qualifications :

  • University degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration postgraduate degree in any of those areas will be considered as a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
