We are looking for an ambitious and passionate marketer to join this successful business and work with the Marketing Manager to develop the category and brand strategies for this portfolio.
Working closely with internal & external teams, your responsibilities will include analysing consumer dynamics, market data and relevant information to identify opportunities and affect growth.
Forecasting, creating brand plans, managing NPD activity, executing campaigns from concept to evaluation, managing spends and presenting to internal and external stakeholders, will form your primary duties.
Lead overall brand management alignment and execution across multiple market-leading consumer product brands to ensure end market fit and optimization.
Effectively manage vendor base to execute ongoing projects.
Successfully manage concurrent projects through different brand led initiatives simultaneously while working cross-functionally to deliver on commitments.
Plan and execute an annual advertising plan, identifying effective opportunities for reaching consumer and retailers.
Work with internal departments to identify, analyze and implement programs based on consumer insight and trend data. Able to effectively execute and link consumer insights into tangible, strategic plans.
Develop strong relationships with social media partners and public relations agencies to maximize end-user and trade exposure.
Design & execute a cohesive consumer market strategy that optimizes and increases the overall divisional market share.
Lead the development of the annual Brand Marketing Budget; optimizing the spend while meeting key P&L metrics.
Develop processes necessary to accomplish assigned projects from inception to execution including the development of communications plan and execution of all elements.
University degree educated, ideally combined with a Marketing degree
Able to demonstrate a proven track record of successfully launching a new brand in a complex mature market.
Strategic in mindset and experience with market research methodologies.
Demonstrate strong presentation skills, targeting a wide audience from customers to internal stakeholders.
Have experience of creating and managing through the line brand campaigns and events.
Be able to run sizable projects and work streams from concept to delivery.
Have great commercial experience whilst demonstrating an ability to manage complex P&L and overall budgets.
Have excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing whilst having the ability to build great relationships.
Be able to demonstrate superb analytical skills and strategic mindset.
Ideally, have exposure to working at a top global FMCG company, within the food & beverage and / or food production industry.
